She offers a bountiful array of foods, fresh eggs, breads, juices, and berries for breakfast and was completely happy to let us use the fully equipped kitchen to prepare our own dinner with our groceries, using her spices and all her utensils. Jan was pleasant and warm and made us feel at home. We highly recommend staying at Glacier Creek Lodging.

It had beautiful flowers, the choice of colours used were flattering to the cabin, and it had an outside table and chairs. The inside was really lovely. It was very cozy, comfortable and spacious. The decor was tastefully done. The bed and sofa were comfortable. The kitchen was lovely and fully equipped, as was the bathroom which had a good strong shower. The lighting everywhere was perfect. There was a good choice on the TV. It was very peaceful and quiet, with good sturdy blinds. It was easy to access with a coded lock, we felt very safe and secure. The host had very kindly left snacks, drinks, sauces etc which was a lovely touch and much appreciated. Both were great to communicate with, and were very helpful. We wanted to experience staying in a cabin in Alaska and this totally exceeded our expectations. We would certainly stay here again and would highly recommend it. We absolutely loved it.

An authentic log cabin look from the outside yet inside modern, spotless and extremely well equipped. The kitchen is excellent and there are nice touches like free Netflix and board games. There is a terrace too and ample car parking space. We were met by Greg an extremely helpful host who showed us around. This is an ideal place to stay when visiting Talkeetna.
