Like the name suggests, this apartment is luxurious. Very clean, very comfortable and high-tech. The owner was very helpful and nice, even though we never met (everything was discussed through the app or Whatsapp). Got some suggestions for the local food and they didn't disappoint. Location is very good. One bus station was across the street and another line 5 minutes away. Subway 10 minutes away by foot.

Washington Convention Center, 2,3 km da National Gallery of Art e 1,8 km da Union Station di Washington, Centrally-Located Well-Decorated Solar-Powered... i just wanted to take a moment to thank for such a comfortable and well-equipped stay in Washington! the room truly felt like a home away from home. having a full-size refrigerator, microwave, stove, coffee maker, washing machine, iron, and ironing board made everything so convenient we could easily cook, do laundry, and settle in for a longer stay without any hassle. the cleanliness and thoughtful setup really stood out and made our trip much more relaxing. the only small thing we noticed was the entrance area, which felt a bit basic at first glance. but honestly, after seeing the neighborhood, we realized it's quite common - and the comfort, space, and spotless interior more than made up for it! we'd happily stay again and recommend this place to anyone looking for a practical, cozy, and fully function spot in the city.
