The staff were excellent - Tommy, Daisy and Andrew were all very helpful and friendly. The room was spacious and comfortable and the location was perfect - close to everything but down a quieter street. Would happily stay again.

So cherish it for the quiet hideaway it provides!

Despite its very central location, the accommodation is super quiet because it's on the third floor of a rear building. It's clean and very spacious. There's even a small balcony. The owner is super friendly and very helpful. He even helped me carry my luggage and drove me to the bus stop on my last day.

The room has heater and insulated curtains and I think it was the best bathroom we had in Vietnam so far.. We will come back for sure, highly recommend it 🙏

I'm traveling to Ha Long Bay and SaPa and I've been using this place as my base in Hanoi when I return to the city and I'm able to leave some luggage there while I'm traveling. There's also dozens of little cafes located on the island and one very good vegan restaurant that I've been eating at for lunch or dinner meals.
