The luxurious rooms at Van der Stel Manor feature air conditioning and a private bathroom with bath, shower and bathrobes. Enjoy a cup of tea from your private patio. Each rooms has direct access to the pool and rose garden. The manager, Petro, made us feel at home and was always there to help us get the most out of our stay with local recommendations and, in general, a very kind person. All staff are excellent and service-minded. We enjoyed our room and the overall very comfortable atmosphere of the hotel. Next time we return to Cape Town, this is where we will stay. This is where we also had the best breakfast during our two-week stay in Cape Town in similarly priced hotels. The surrounding area is beatiful, close to nature, and extremely safe.

The ground and building were glorious and the staff very approachable and helpful. The Friday night BBQ was the highlight, eating pizzas and drinking wine under the illuminated tree boulevard was wonderful.
