This place was absolutely the best I’ve ever accomodate on booking.com The landlayd was super cool, very kind and helpful. We were teaveling with our motorcycles and we were pretty late dor check in almost midnight. She was very friendly and kind. Super super clean and neatly decorated.

This is a self catering apartment with many cafes restaurants supermarket shops around it. The facilities in the apartment were first class, from a great bathroom/wc/power shower with constant hot water. Towels, bed linen, lounge, bedrooms, kitchen space, balcony all in excellent condition and very clean/hygienic. Full credit and praise to the owner Niklas, who was in contact if needed. We would recommend this 4th floor apartment to anyone, and would certainly consider it again if we came to Villach.

Quiet location, view of the mountains, ability to see stars on the sky in the night, no cars, no noise just water in the stream below our windows. Apartment was big enough also for our bikes (and we still had enough space there).

We had such a perfect stay at FACT Apartments, hosts are truly kind and caring. The Apartment has everything you may need, including the dishwasher. Saunas are available in the garden area and could be shared among the guests, but it is also possible to have all the privacy needed, based on what you're looking for. I higly reccomend this location not only for its comfort but also and mostly for the owners kindness - as we arrived, we found bowls and snacks for our tiny wiener dog, too!
