Excellent view of the surroundings. Close to the büttgenbach lake and lots of hikes to do in the environment. Sauna and jacuzzi were welcome after a day of walking and nice and cozy room.

Very friendly and helpful personnel, tasty dinner at the restaurant, availability of swimming pool and wellness, nature and good air quality outside of the hotel, clean and spacious room (feels very new), close to Monschau and Luxemburg, play area outside the hotel for kids (no fence, so supervision required).

Everything exceeded our expectations. The staff was welcoming, the room was excellent, and the breakfast was delicious. It immediately felt like home. The wooden elements in the room, from floors, beams, and other details, were authentically integrated and gave the whole stay a special character. Friendly Billy and Bolly (dogs) will welcome you. The owners of the lovely house who used to live in the city, have moved here to enjoy the country life. The cozy guest room is located upstairs. The view from the balcony is breathtaking. If the weather is fine, you can have breakfast there. Sauna, jacuzzi (bathing suit required), billiards, darts, etc. are available. To find out how they built such a wonderful house, stay there and ask them.

    House was clean and had all the facilities you need for a getaway with friends. Jacuzzi for relaxing, fire place for late night talks, bbq for good food and a well equipped kitchen. Above all everything was clean and the location is great, close to a lake and the hike trails. The bbq was broken, but the host brought a new one the same day.

    Fully equipped kitchen, very clean and spacious bathroom. Comfy bed. Small dogs were allowed to join us, which was the deviding factor for our location. Half hour distance by car to all major attractions in the area. Very well equipped. Hostess was very kind.
