Room was spacious, comfortable and had plenty of towels, bedding etc. It was nice and clean on arrival and we didn't have any interruptions from staff, cleaners etc. On the whole a very pleasant stay, great location and accommodation. Will definitely stay again.

This place is fantastic! Very good value for money for the area. The apartment is very spacious and well appointed, and the building has very attentive management and security. The area is utterly beautiful. You are set in an alpine meadow, surrounded by forest as far as the eye can see. The Rila mountains to one side, and the plain to the other. It is stunning.

A cute, cozy, and very warm apartment under the roof, right behind the big hotel Rila and within a short walking distance from the slopes (you can do it even with ski boots without dying :D) There are two supermarkets, one just around the corner and one visible from the balcony where you can buy essentials, and there are a lot of restaurants around you can visit if you are not into cooking. As for the cooking, the apartment is equipped with everything needed. It also has a very big dining table, perfect for both eating and some work-from-home activities. The bedroom has a comfortable bed, a nice big wardrobe, and a sofa for short rests. Lastly, I can't stress enough the perfectness of having a designated underground parking spot! One recommendation - since the place is right behind a hotel and the hotel itself is very lit, the bedroom is quite bright in the nighttime. If this can disturb your sleep, take with you a sleeping mask :)

The apartment was spotless and provided everything we needed, plus lots of extras like tea, coffee, milk, shampoo, etc, cleaning products, washing up liquid, and cooking oil. We had a hire car and shopped in Samokov the day after we arrived, so glad we checked out what was there before a big shop! Owners were helpful and brought us extras when we mentioned a few things stolen by previous guests. The beds were comfy, endless hot water and a bath. Wifi and 2 smart T Vs so cpyld use our own accounts. Easy walk to the main ski area, no more than 10 mins and perfect for warming up sore legs. An on demand shuttle from the coffee shop to the gondola was 5 lev each. Jimmy's shop next door is great for extras like bread and milk. There is plenty of car parking at the apartment and a great view. Lift to 2 floor plus small coffee shop, games room on ground floor. The owners daughter Jess offers private ski lessons and suggested hiring our gear from Alpin ski and rent who were great, ski in / out lockers, loo and picnic tables outside for grabbing a snack and rest when needed.
