The staff are very friendly, there is a fridge to buy cold drinks and they help you order food for delivery from local restaurants. The breakfast is good. The rooms are huge, the air con is strong and cold and there are many international satellite television channels to choose from. There is also a pool too. They can help you with onward travel with a minibus to Victoria Falls.
