As soon as we had arrived, the receptionist brought us glasses of cold, fresh orange juice. She also started organizing us field trips and booked a guide to tell more about the trips. Within an hour after our arrival, we had field trips ready to start. And all the people serving us in those trips were professionals and friendly. When we returned from our second trip (day + night in the rainforest), she prepared us a tasty breakfast.

We stayed at Nomad Hostel for our first night in the Amazon, and it was the perfect way to kick off our trip. From the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly welcomed and received great recommendations that helped shape the rest of our journey. The hostel felt like a peaceful oasis in the livelier city of Leticia, with a beautiful garden that's perfect for relaxing or stargazing at night. We’ll definitely return! This place is truly an oasis in the Amazon! 🌿✨ The staff is extremely kind, welcoming, and attentive, making sure every guest feels at home. The entire accommodation is modern, spotless, and well-maintained, offering an amazing value for money. The food was outstanding – honestly better than most restaurants in the area. I also appreciated the laundry service and the beautiful swimming pool, which was perfect for relaxing after exploring the jungle. Thank you so much for an amazing stay! I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for peace, relaxation, and an escape from the hustle of Leticia. 🌿🐒

I had an exceptional stay at RENASE. Joanna is one of the friendliest and most helpful hosts I’ve came across in my six months travelling South America. She is a bird enthusiast and we went birdwatching around the reserve; she also offered local Amazonian juices & drinks for me to try. Breakfast exceeded expectations and the lodge itself is beautiful, being set within the jungle and built using a traditional bamboo structure. It is located just off the road and easily reached by bus from Leticia. Joanna helped organise my tours and was always on hand to assist. Couldn’t have asked for anything better, in fact I wish I could’ve stayed longer.

    Excepcional rooms. Very clean, had great A/C and a fan, good water pressure in showers. Even had a clothing rack to dry out wet clothes from jungle tours. Drinking water for free, and a cold fridge to store it, and instant coffee was available. Kitchen was kept very clear. Very friendly staff. The wifi was the most reliable we could find in town. Would highly recommend if looking for a cheaper option with great A/C.

    This genuine Oasis in the middle of Leticia is a great place to stay. They have fully furnished studio apartments to rent for a reasonable price, which have everything you need from a coffee maker to a washing machine. The location is nice and quiet away from the noise of the centre but still walking distance to most things. The rooms are very clean. The hosts are a lovely family who will really go out of their way to help you.
