We had a really pleasant stay here during our road trip from the UK to Morocco. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and very practical – exactly what we needed after a long day of driving. The staff were absolutely brilliant – friendly, professional, and quick to respond to any request. I accidentally left my watch behind in the room, and when I arranged a door-to-door delivery service to collect it, the team kindly packed it carefully and handed it over to the courier when they came to pick it up. That kind of attention and helpfulness made a big difference and was very much appreciated. Overall, this was a smooth, stress-free stopover in Madrid, and we would happily stay here again.

We stayed in the hotel for four days. it is easy to reach the hotel by taxi or bus from The Atocha train station or Adolfo Suárez Madrid–Barajas Airport. the hotel is near several bus lines, malls, restaurants, and clothes shops. the city is amazing we enjoyed walking under the rain and checking the stores around. the hotel staff are amiable and helpful. the rooms are clean and cozy. the beds were comfortable and neat. the breakfast was good with many options of pastries, milk and cheese ..etc. if you go to the city you must try Restaurante Fez it is extremely delicious and the owner is also friendly. if you need to buy some Moroccan products you can ask the workers in the restaurant for any help they wouldn't hesitate.

Absolutely, here's a glowing review for Ivan's apartment in Madrid: --- I cannot recommend Ivan's apartment enough! Our stay was absolutely perfect. The accommodation itself is stunning, with all the amenities one could ask for. The location is unreal, just a stone's throw away from central Madrid, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. The apartment is not only beautiful but also very comfortable, providing a true home away from home experience. The apartment was spotless and cozy, and the surroundings were completely quiet (only in the evenings did a little tawny owl sometimes bid us goodnight :). The town is picturesque, peaceful, and safe. We felt right at home, but the greatest asset was definitely the hosts – curious, very friendly people who made us feel like friends. If we needed anything, it was never the slightest problem; they went above and beyond to fulfill our requests. An exceptional stay with exceptional people – makes you want to come back again.
