The room was clean and spacious. There were many hooks in the room and bathroom - quite rare on the Camino. Water pressure was strong and there was plenty of hot water. A backyard where you can dry your clothes and a bucket full of pegs - another rarity on the Camino. WiFi signal was strong and consistent. Most surprising of all - the kitchen was stocked with juice, fruits, packaged pastries, coffee and tea so you can make your own breakfast free of charge. There was also a regular washing machine in the kitchen which you can use free of charge. The owners run a restaurant in the next street and the dinner was delicious- try their pork ribs.

We were a group of 6 people doing the Camino from France to Santiago (5 by bike and 1 with a support car), and our stay was excellent! There was a safe place for our bikes, easy parking, and we were very well received. Clean and comfortable rooms, and a great location. Too bad we couldn’t stay longer. We highly recommend it to everyone on the Camino – whether by bike or on foot – after many rides and walks, it was just perfect!

For me one of the most important things about an albergue is the host. On this occasion the host was facing a difficult personal situation beyond his control and yet this had no negative impact on the level of service or hospitality. I was so impressed with how welcome I was made at the end of a particularly long day. I was even asked if I was hungry and offered a meal at 5.30pm which I gratefully accepted! Truck stop next to the Camino. Bar and dinner on site that were pretty good. Convenience store as part of truck stop. Smart tv in room was great. Nice rooms.
