Magical location out in the woods, by a huge river. We booked last minute in a bit of a panic looking for something dog friendly. It was a Sunday evening in the winter so very quiet but we got a warm welcome. Room was comfortable and the Lodge was warm. The staff even lit the wood fire for us. Amazing place to hike and be out in nature.

A Warm & Exceptionally Friendly Stay at a Family's Farmhouse! Our hosts were outstanding in every way and especially kind! Beautifully renovated stone farmhouse with an extensive and fascinating history. Exceptionally decorated home with traditional family heirlooms and countless thoughtful modern touches. Super friendly and helpful owner and great laundry facilities. Great location if you don't want to climb all the stairs at the entrance to Sarria. Lots of food options by the river (not tourist traps) and a place next door for breakfast. Room was spotless and comfortable. Highly recommend!
