We asked for a specific room as it looked the most ideal for us with our dog, having seen the rooms on the website, and they sorted it no problem. Staff were really friendly and in addition to the tea, coffee and fridge we even got a little goodie bag for the pooch. Can't fault this place at all, huge thanks from me, Ben and Rune.
