Very close to the promenade and town centre but far away enough not to be in the hustle and bustle. We had a very clean quiet room on the top floor, not much view and small shower room. We were only staying one night and basically changed and slept in the room so it was ideal for our needs. We were room only so didn't have the breakfast. The room was perfect for what we required during our stay. The beds were very comfy room was spotless. TV and en suite, Location was ideal. We were 5 mins from pleasure beach and the South Pier. Spar across the road for any supplies needed in the last min. Lots of food restaurants nearby and McDonalds.
