Lyn and Simon are lovely hosts - very helpful and friendly. The fire pit was a hit and the Huts were gorgeous. Beautiful surrounds and good shopping just a few minutes drive down the road. Good bus service close by too.

The landlord was very helpfull with good advice for restauant, how to travel to Edinburgh, and was an amazing breakfast-Chef, respecting my no lactose/no carb diet. 😊🌻 Fine family, good dogs, good room and bathroom, car parking in the street, very quiet situation, 3 busses and train to Edinburgh... great!!

    The location was ideal, and the room was spacious and very modern, despite being in an old historic building. Evening meal was excellent (wine was a bit pricy though). Staff were good and attentive. Settings and surrounding of the hotel were excellent
