The villa was in a quiet part of town that you needed to take a taxi to/from panajachel. The property had stunning views of the lake (2 min walking distance) and the surrounding volcanos. The pool was very clean and there was a large hot/heated pool. Many sitting areas around the property and all of the staff were super helpful/friendly. The room was clean (no AC but it gets cold at night so probably not necessary), and the water pressure was excellent. Each room has a balcony.

Great location, we definitely recommend this place as panajachel is quite noisy while here we slept super well. You can easily walk everywhere or take a tuk tuk for 1 euro. Very good breakfast. Amazing family, they received us with great and kind hospitality, organised the trip to Guatemala City and gave us many good tips to explore the area. Highly recommended

Super cute and comfortable, perfect for a weekend away! We honestly really enjoyed our time and would go back again, there were just a few issues as listed below.

Very good location, we were able to walk to everything we wanted. The parrot greeted us with "hola". The room was very spacious and the shower water had good pressure and was hot. The beds were firm & comfortable, the staff was friendly.

Stunning views, beautiful setting, quiet and away from the town. It felt like taking a vacation, even though I live a couple of miles away. Good facilities for a relaxing stay where you don't need to leave the property.

This is an great spot. One of the benefits is the number of shared spaces meaning you rarely have to actually share. Our room came with a salon, kitchen and tiny roof terrace shared with only 3 or so other rooms. Across the whole winding property I counted 3 or 4 kitchens. The staff are wonderful and professional and there is a very peaceful vibe. Our room was clean and spacious, with a very nice shower.
