We are returning to this place time to time and it always exceed our expectations. The castle is gorgeous, the wellness is great, the whole place is very clean, the staff is friendly and the kitchen is serving wonderful dishes. Great experience in every aspect! The property has all the listed amenities and the apartment we stayed in was very spacious. The whole place is designed in a way so we could relax, close to nature, fresh air, comfortable bed to sleep in, breakfast delivered to your door. The breakfast was amazing, huge selection of good quality local products. Animals in the resort had a lot of space and are very friendly, especially if you give them some apples (which is also provided by the resort). The owners and staff are very welcoming and take good care of the guests. We loved our stayed here and would be happy to return!

A beautiful quaint traditional stone cottage in a lovely rural environment. This was a gorgeous place to stay in a very peaceful setting. The host was lovely and made sure we settled in and provided an air cooling unit which was gratefully used due to the current heatwave. The cottage had everything you needed for a comfortable stay.

This hotel is truly fabulous and the staff go out of their way to make you feel welcome. The food options are great and there is an extensive offer of treatments. The staff were also very attentive with our dog. This hotel not only tolerates dogs but truly welcomes them (welcome drink, treats, bowl were waiting for him). The terrace was big, the room was very clean and the cleaning staff very helpful. I particularly appreciated that the hotel is adults only, this allows for perfect relaxation.

The apartment is new, clean, warm and overall it’s a great value. There are utensils, pots, coffee machine with capsules, tea pot, hairdryer etc. it felts like anything I needed the owners had it! The owners are the next level of helpful! They picked us up from the train station, organised an early check in and dropped us back at the train station when vacation was over.

It was a great experience to stay at Water Lily mainly because of the personal contact and nice thoughts sharing conversation with our hosts, Viki & Attila. As a couple from Stockholm we are just curious of the Hungarian lifestyle and every aspect of the society. We had a common point with the hosts because they are well traveled and open minded to the world. The abundant breakfast was just the cherry top at this place.

Everything, the location was excellent on a quiet street close to a row of good restaurants and within easy walking distance of the thermal lake. The rooms were comfortable, airy and clean and our host was extremely friendly and helpful.

    The location is suitable for everyone who wants to spend a peaceful vacation (peace and quiet at night). Regardless, it is only 11 km away from Lake Heviz. There is also a small Coop store, an ATM, and a post office nearby. The apartment is equipped with everything you need and a little more. The owner is very kind and understanding, and I hope that we can come with two friendly but barking chihuahuas, also in the future. Unfortunately, we could only stay for a week this time

    The castle is in a beautiful location, surrounded by a well-kept park. The rooms are large and completely renovated. The staff is very attentive and fulfilled all our wishes. The drinks and food were varied and delicious. The wellness department is of a high standard, perfect for relaxation.
