Very good management.
We’ve stayed big resort with much higher rate but the every stanard and management style didn’t meet international standard.
This place takes very good attention to service and quality details compared to other hotels in batam and bintan.
Staffs are nice too.

NetherlandsWe had an excellent stay! Very nice and helpful staff (including the owners) who did everything they could to make our stay as pleasant as possible.
The breakfast was very extensive and they prepared what we wanted. We also had lunch and dinner there which were both very tasty. It is a small and friendly resort with a lovely swimming pool.
The fire fly tour is highly recommended.
