We’d stay for a night The property is overlooking the river. Mary is very kind pleasant and heartwarming to us and it’s a biggest treat for our Bella. She’d make sure that we have everything we need from a simple treat inside the room to our walks and meals arounds town. The property is very clean and comfortable near to all your needs walking distances few minutes to shops, restaurants and Killaloe River cruise site. Mary has a small dog in the house but never a bother with our Bella we slept through out the night.Thank you so much Mary, hopefully to see you again.

Lovely clean and spacious room with big bathroom . Breakfast was exceptional , with vegetables growing on the property served alongside traditional breakfast . Phyll the owner runs one of the best BnB ‘s I have stayed in. And a great carácter too . I will definitely recommend here without hesitation. Lovely house close to the motorway so easy to find location. House was as advertised the only extra that wasn't in add was there is WiFi available at property so kids were delighted they could play with there devices, but there was toys in the property to keep the kids occupied they especially loved the lego & spent hours building stuff. Stove in the living room good heat from it on a cold evening. Mike the owner had everything available in the property we needed for our stay, gave us a well detailed email of recommendations for the area from eating out to play areas for the kids everything we need to know & more was given to us. Text to welcome us to the property & to let us know he was only a call away if we needed him during our stay, but he had everything done to 100% standard that we didn't need anything else. Would definitely return to the property & highly recommended Mike as a Host.
