This place is situated in an urban area and is very close to Kochi Airport. It has comfortable beds and clean bedrooms. The owner was very helpful and stayed in touch with us throughout our journey. Big room with shared spcaces, cold water,coffee, tea provided in common area. My stay at Guestland Homestay was far beyond what I could have imagined – it was a transformative experience. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with a unique hospitality that made me feel at home instantly. The host was attentive to every detail and offered me genuine care, providing valuable tips that enriched my trip in a special way. Thanks to her, I explored incredible places that few people know about and discovered the best the area has to offer. The location of Guestland is excellent, providing easy access to the main attractions as well as those unique, less-known spots. The convenience of being close to everything I needed made my days easier and so much more enjoyable. More than just a place to stay, it was like finding a new family. The host welcomed me with such warmth that it felt like I was among long-time friends. Every conversation and shared moment was memorable, leaving an impression I’ll carry with me. I wholeheartedly recommend Guestland Homestay, and I’ll definitely return to relive this wonderful experience.

We were 7h late with our flight-it was almost 10 p.m so it was very helpful that the booking is automatic, we booked just 5min before coming, . The room are clean and spacious, for the hot water just wait for few min. Staff and the manager were very nice and helpful, they helped us with the advice how to get to Koothatukulam. Recommend!

The room was spotlessly clean and just a 10 min walk down to the main hub. Lakshmi was great helping us with any questions. Kitchen and communal area were well equipped with everything you need. Filtered water was a great bonus with a fridge to keep drinks cold. The rooms were a decent size as was the bathroom. Amazing value for money.

This place is fantastic - highly recommend if you are staying in Kochi! The location is perfect, the family that runs the Homestay is lovely, and they will go out of their way to help you have the best stay. The rooms are nice and the beds are big (and air conditioning is available for a small extra charge!). The family will also help you to rent scooters and plan your days/nights :)
