Communication via WhatsApp was very friendly and everything was arranged quickly. The check-in with the keys was uncomplicated, and the neighbors and nearby restaurants were very nice. The apartment was comfortably equipped with all the essentials, including fast internet.

The location is great. The "Arena", restaurants, shops, are all within a few minutes walk. Breakfast is not provided at '3 Amici all'Arena' But there are a number of good cafes nearby serving breakfast. Our room was newly refurbished and the bathroom and walk-in shower was excellent. Dario, our host was extremely helpful in allowing us to leave our suitcases in our room, long before check-in time, so that we could return our rental car to the airport before 12:00 noon.

We really loved the location — all the main attractions were within walking distance. The apartment was just as bright, spacious, and cozy as shown in the photos: clean, well-equipped, and furnished with comfortable furniture. The large terrace with a view of the surroundings was a real highlight — the perfect place for morning coffee or evening relaxation. Communication with the host was excellent — he responded quickly to all our questions. We would gladly recommend this apartment and would definitely stay here again on our next visit!

The host was so welcoming and helpful. The property was spacious and clean. The bathroom was also spacious and whilst across the hall it was no problem.
