I had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The room was clean and tidy, and the bathroom was large and spacious. The staff was a highlight of my experience—friendly, easy to communicate with, and he provided a thorough explanation of the jacuzzi facilities. Their swift response to my needs was truly helpful. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel!

- location, location, location - exceptional and very stylish apartment, exactly so nice as it look on pictures - very good equipped kitchen and good a very quality furniture and belongings, like beds and mattress and bed linen - actually everything look new, clean and in good quality - spacious and comfortable even for a family of four - fast and great communication with the owner

Staff were amazing - Accomodating, caring and great communication All amenities and mini bar were complementary The spa bath was so large, LED lights and jets It was private and we never heard any street noise, other guests etc and the room was very dark for sleeping. The amenities were high quality. The room was large and the bed is a king which was incredibly comfortable. Difficult to fault.

A spacious room, with a seating area and tv, a bed area with TV and spa and bath room. It was delightful. Coffee, tea and a bottle of coke, water, beer and a small bottle of Prosecco were provided as well as biscuits. The TV, and WiFi worked well. The bath area was spacious. The host Gabriele was superb. He was quick with communicating with me, answered all my questions with care and understanding, and explained how to get to the villas. He provided a list of restaurants that gave a 10% discount. Very attentive to every need.The accommodation is a 3 minute walk from villa d'este. Cafes and restaurants are nearby so of course you can hear the street sounds but it is very conveniently located. The bus stop to take the bus to villa Adriana is 3 minutes away. The tourist information is across the street.

Wonderful, kind host, beautiful clean apartment. The possibility of transport to Rome by train without problem (the host advised how to use city transport, including a suitable one), including recommended places in Tivoli. For us, we rate the stay as perfect.

Our stay was a wonderful experience. The entrance to the building was a little confusing, but the rooms were lovely, extremely clean, beautiful bathroom and plenty of bottled water at our disposal. Fillipo was amazing, full of great information of places to go and have dinner. The location was super convenient as it was walking distance from all the main attractions in Tivoli. I recommend this place!

    The apartment location is just perfect, few steps away from Villa D’este and Villa Gregoriana. Claudia was extremely friendly, always answering quickly and left a welcoming gift- olive oil. The terrace is amazing with stunning views and you can relax there in the evenings. Apartment had everything you need and was very clean. We are highly recommend this place for everyone who wants to visit a hidden gem - Tivoli. We will come back here again! Thanks Claudia for everything!

    Beautiful building with fine rooms and good central location despite the parking restrictions - nearby parking in Piazza Massimo was cheap and walk to Palazzetto was not far. Staff were helpful and friendly.

    Beautiful location overlooking the gardens. Very clean throughout and comfortable bed. We stayed for 10 days and the bedding and towels were changed halfway through our stay. Lovely fresh fruit and other breakfast items provided. Gina kindly picked us up from the station and was very welcoming. Plenty to do in the area, great bars and restaurants. Lovely market and plenty of little shops. Good bus service to Rome.
