We stayed here for one night, and from the start, we didn’t expect anything special. We just wanted to stay somewhere near the lake. But we were surprised by this hotel for a few reasons: 1. They have an incredible restaurant. You won’t believe me, but during our trip across Italy, it has been difficult to find a restaurant with good cuisine in touristy places. But here… I wonder why they haven’t received a Michelin star yet. For dinner, we ordered a set menu with five dishes, and I would say they were amazing. Plus, the service was exceptional. We felt like royalty there. 2. The view from the restaurant overlooking Lake Como is terrific. Really, the view is amazing. They offer a free breakfast included in your stay, and this breakfast (prepared by their brilliant chef) with that view… Definitely, You need to experience it

The apartment was very spacious the location was great, the view to the lake was stunning, i would say you need a car if you want to be able to visit more places if you are restricted to ferry times can be a little annoying but still doable, stayed in Dec/Jan for new years eve be mindful there is nothing open in Tremezzo itself hardly any shops and no restaurants but if you have a car this is not an issue.

Hosts were exceptional...they go beyond to care for their guests. We had car problems and they were very understanding and accommodating ! Wished we had more time at this wonderful accommodation, to further experience it's fabulous onsite restaurant and private beach across the street with beautiful mountain views overlooking Bellagio. We loved to stay at Emma house. The owner was very kind, giving us information about where to eat and shop, and she left us a bottle of wine as well. The property is a 2 minute walk frome the lake, and a 5-10 minute walk from the train station as well as the ferry station, so it is very conveniently located. The apartment is nice, spacious, clean, and well equipped. Would very highly recommend!!

    Breakfast was superb, and the restaurant where breakfast was served had fantastic views. Room was very clean. We had booked the attic room, which also had great views of the lake. Parking was just outside the hotel, but the spaces are limited. The location of the hotel is superb, the boat stop is several steps away, villa Carlotta is at a short walking distance. Overall we were very happy with the hotel and would gladly stay here again.

    The staff were amazing so friendly. We arrived accidentally one day too early since we made an incorrect booking. They immediately helped us out. The location up the hill and parking facilities are great. The hotel was very clean. Everyone worked there with a smile. The breakfast was good , the dinner was decent and the wine amazing !

    Everything! The location was perfect, views were incredible!! Wish we could have stayed for longer. The staff were so helpful and went above and beyond for us.
