We stayed 2 nights in 2 double villas. We had a family gathering in their restaurant and we had a few personal requests for meal arrangements, staff gave us their full support and we are thankful to the staff. Pool was nice and well maintained. Night time atmosphere was amazing in the property. Only 10 minutes walk to the Kala wewa dam and 10 minutes drive to the famous Aukana statue. Food was also delicious.

I stayed at this beautiful Guesthouse for four nights and absolutely loved it. It is very peaceful, green and the owners are warmhearted people! The breakfast was amazing. Quiet and convenient location. The food prepared by Nadeeka was amazing authentic Sri Lankan food using ocal ingredients. All requests were satisfied. Friendly family members and a surprise cultural performance by Nadeeka and Yatawatha's daughters Nishadi and Vishni! One of the most enjoyable homestay experiences I have had.

Super nice rooms with huge terrace and amazing view, great for photos. Loved the lobby where you can sit and chill with your friends and even nicer sittting by the pool. Full bar with beers and other bevereges. We arrived Tired and hungry after 8pm And the owner and his wife Made us great dinner so we didnt have to go anywhere. They even went to market for fresh meat. Actually THE BEST thing about this villa is the owner and his wife, both very nice and extremely helpful. The owner was guide for 20 years and he recommended us many places and helped us with planning our trip. Really the best experience with accommodation in Sri Lanka. And the breakfast was really good too (served by the pool). Great service, you never wait for anything and they try to make you feel welcome and homelike. Just awesome, thank you so much.

I had a wonderful stay at Lake Island Homestay in Dambulla. I arrived at night and had the best sleep in a calm and peaceful environment . The hospitality was exceptional—the hosts were incredibly friendly and welcoming One of the highlights of my stay was the delicious Sri Lankan breakfast, which was freshly prepared . In the morning, I took a walk by the beautiful lake nearby, which was a truly refreshing experience. There’s also a charming temple at the corner of the lake adding to the serene atmosphere. The facilities were great for the price , and everything was well-maintained. Overall, my experience was perfect, and I highly recommend this homestay to anyone visiting Dambulla. I would definitely stay here again!♥️♥️
