I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Station Amstelveen, and it was nothing short of enchanting. From the moment I stepped through the doors, I was greeted by a unique charm that permeated every corner. From the cozy atmosphere to the outstanding service, Hotel Station Amstelveen offers the feeling of home I wish I had growing up. It’s a perfect blend of charm, creativity, and warmth—ideal for families and anyone seeking a whimsical retreat. The decor is meticulously curated, with whimsical touches that invite exploration and spark joy. Each detail, from the art on the walls to the thoughtfully arranged seating areas, tells a story that makes you feel right at home. A truly special aspect of my visit was the children’s book written by the hotel owner, Johan Elfner, "Monsterstation: Kwart over Mist." This enchanting and inspiring story beautifully enhances the magic of the hotel experience. One of the many standout features of our stay was the breakfast. With freshly baked pastries, a variety of local cheeses, delicious lattes, and perfectly executed eggs, Johan truly enhanced each moment with his presence and homemade pastries.

Great breakfast. Spacious and clean room. Great value for money - a whole mini apartment. I was allowed check out a little earlier as well, lovely service. The place was not far from the Ziggo Dome, so I recommend to those going to see a concert or a game!

this was nice room, clean, with everything you need for personal hygiene except toothpaste and a toothbrush. There were a safe and a coffee machine, although the last didn't work. Check in 24h and very pleasant stuff.

The staff was very nice. Everyone treated us very well. It was very much comfortable for a capsule hotel. I was very pleased with the coffee and the breakfast that was offered as a courtesy of the hotel. Everything was super clean and tidy. I would definitely stay in again.

    the location was great - whilst the hotel isn't in central Amsterdam, it was in a lovely suburban area, which was close to the university (ideal as we were going to a conference there) - and only a short bus ride away to/from the airport/central town etc.. The hotel staff offered lots of useful services (bike hire, recommendations etc.).

    Location is good. Tram station is 3 mins walk from the hotel and there is also a medium size mall within 15 mins walk. The apartment we booked was very clean! The bed is comfy too (had a few nights’ of good sleep)!
