Very comfortable and can highly commend the cleanliness. The only let down for us was the lounge. Being senior we found it difficult to get up. Also booking.com lists the property as 2 Downie street and the google location does not show the units, it is outdated. It was confusing at the start of our stay but Andrew sorted it for us. Of our 3 weeks touring NZ this was our best accommodation experience. Thank you

Loved everything from the location, entering a lovely tempered apartment, size was perfect for my wife and I, shopping centre directly across the road with a food court, reduced clearance store, to New World Supermarket on the left and PaknSav and multiple takeaway restaurants on the right and around the corner on Moorhouse Ave, all walking distances if you like. Apartment had all amenities, dishwasher, wash & dry mc, speedy wifi and the breakfast balcony was a nice touch. Certainly stay in the future. Quick host response for any questions, thanks Annie&Arran.
