The place is absolutely beautiful and thoughtfully designed, filled with lush, well-kept greenery. The gardener takes care of every single leaf with such dedication. The staff is simply wonderful – always helpful, welcoming, and smiling. Breakfast was excellent, and the shuttle service to and from the airport and/or the cruise port made everything so convenient. Our stay at Balihao was the highlight of our stay in the Philippines: the luxurious villa with a private pool, the restaurant (one of the best meals we had in the Philippines), the breathtaking view, the overall atmosphere... Honestly, we hesitated at first because there weren't that many reviews, but we are so glad we came. We stayed for 4 nights but decided to extend our stay because we loved it so much.
