I loved my stay in Ramallah! The location was really great for getting to the city center, there were lots of restaurants around the area, and the property gate and code helped me feel really safe. Also, I got sick during my trip (entirely my fault out of the hostel's control) but the property managers were so kind to me, making every effort to accommodate me and make me feel comfortable. Amazing service.

Everything, the hotel was amazing – everything was clean, well taken care of, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome.
