Her vast life experience and genuine honesty make her a valuable advisor to guests. Alongside her, Hassan tirelessly catered to our every need around the clock, offering assistance on any topic. This isn't a corporate chain hotel; it feels more like a charming family-run establishment where every staff member is part of the family. The food was consistently good, and the service was friendly. The exceptionally friendly staff ensured our room was impeccably cleaned two to three times daily.

Gorgeous location, hosts were lovely and couldn't do enough for you. They even went to the nearest town to get milk and water for us (due to location shops are a car ride away). Onsite restaurant is wonderful, lovely warm staff who were fab with my little girl. Amazing pools and the villa is exceptional.

We were very happy , very good location , calm beach ( no beach boys which can ruined your relax), the appartment was top notch and clean. Also personel was very friendly and helpful. You will also find one of the best food in neighbour restaurant - "Wishing Tree" and perhaps their best octopus served in whole Zanzibar (coocking by Italians). If You looking accommodation in this area I can tell You that You found the right place here.... Special thanks and greetings come to Elena , amazing woman !

One of the Best Hotels in Zanzibar! We had an amazing stay at this hotel for over a month, and it was truly one of the best in terms of quality service. The staff was incredibly attentive and always ready to help, making our experience even more enjoyable. The surroundings were breathtaking, and the room facilities, along with the cleanliness, exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Zanzibar and wish them continued success!

A big thumbs up to this nice place. For us it was the most luxurious place we have been on our trip - because normally we keep it really simple. :) We were impressed about the location - peaceful, silent and very heartwarming. If you want to relax, Shanuo Beach Bungalow is the best option. Nice and clean garden and the best was the wooden platform with the sun loungers and of course the view all over the sea and the white sand. :) We also rented bikes for two days to explore the surrounding. Another thumb for the staff. There are no words that can describe their kindness! Thank you for making our stay so special.

What can I say, during our 3 weeks in Tansania this must have been the best place we have stayed at! The owner Anna and Ibra took so much care of the details, just great. The whole complex was renewed last year, so the bungalows and the pool area are basically brand new and in very good shape. You have a breathtaking view on the ocean from anywhere (pool, hammocks etc.), a perfect spot to relax. During low tide it is possible to swim to a sand bank directly in front of the hotel which brings out the great colors of the ocean even more. Be aware though that it's not a good spot to swim due to many rocks in the water, but that is typical for the east coast of Zanzibar. Also Paje is too far to walk (about 1 hour one way) which we were aware of before booking, so that did not bother us. I also want to mention the incredibly nice staff! Very helpful, friendly and always with a smile on their faces, we felt like home from the first second! All in all a definitive recommendation, we will be back!

    Had a wonderful nights stay at this brand new hotel. The room was spacious, well decorated and very clean with air-con and a fan to help with the Zanzibarian heat. Breakfast was included in the price which was great; I had pancakes which were delicious. Staff were attentive and really friendly. Overall a very nice place to stay and I’d happily go again.

    It was an incredible stay. Isabella was a brilliant hostess, and we felt we were at a home away from home. Milele was a special experience for my husband and I, and it will have a piece of our heart forever. We will be back - all round 5 stars from us - great location, peaceful setting, spotless room, brilliant staff, amazing food and the owner went over and above to ensure we had an all round unforgettable experience.
