The very clean Hotel is quite situated very close to the center with a nice few to the lake. Kim the Manager /Owner with his team is very nice and helpful by planning your time in Sa Pa. A great place to stay. Hospitality and a very good Breakfast Buffet where you can order fresh egg dishes to. For sure a place to back again. Thanks Kim and your team.

The hotel looks really nice and new, colorful latterns are decorating rooftop during the night. Accommodation is perfectly located near the lake in the city center. The room was clean and stylish with a refrigerator and two huge beds. Stuff was truly kind and willing to help. As a nice gesture, we received the package of water and fruits when we were leaving. Even though staying just for one night, our experience was pleasant.

Amazing property. Staff were so friendly and accommodating, especially helping with our arrival early in the morning and our evening departure, even letting us come back after checking out to leave bags and use facilities like showering with fresh towel. Really nice locations and rooms live up to what we expected.

The serenity of the place is amazing - somewhat separate from the hustle&bustle of the centre which is crowded with hotels, here one sits in a garden with flowers, vegetables (which are also used for dinner), kittens and puppies. The rooms have two floors, upstairs one can enjoy views from the futon on the sky, fog or mountains, depending on the weather. Good drinks and options for dinner.

It is a new peaceful place to enjoy the fresh air and nature, the beautiful scenery of Sapa. Spacious and beautiful room. Can see the ripe rice fields and majestic mountains. Especially they have a fancy and delicious restaurant so we don't need to go out to eat. they organized us trekking tour with local guide who was really great and professional. can't express enough how perfect this place is. Very pleasant stay – the room was spacious, clean, and modern, and the breakfast was quite decent. The owner was very friendly and attentive. We were also able to leave our luggage there while we went on a full-day trip. When we returned, we were even allowed to take a refreshing shower while waiting for our pick-up for the night bus. The accommodation is a bit farther from the center, but still just a 10-minute walk to the main square or the lake. The quieter and more peaceful sleep is definitely worth it. Highly recommended.

View was amazing. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Location is great, just 5-10mins walk to Sapa Center. The room was spacious and clean. All basic amenities were provided. As I came during raining season, the hotel even provides umbrella that you could borrow. Hotel breakfast is provided at the nearby Mam Restaurant, very convenient and with a great view too.

The location is near.to the centre of the town..It was not busy and noisy as in the centre of the town..the staffs are very friendly.. The room is very clean and comfortable.. Its a new hotel and worth your money and experience..would highly recommend it..breakfast included..Just would recommend for some chicken and beef..thank for the lovely SAPA gift when we cheked out 😍🙏🏻❤

Amazing location, stuff was perfect and super helpful. Room was very clean and had all the necessities like shampoos, toothbrush, hairdryer. We did also a spa treatment, it was relaxing and affordable.

Very new, modern and clena hostel ideal if you have to catch a bus in the morning. Otherwise I would advice to stay in some homestays a bit further out of town. Good central location and nice staff.

Location was nice and close to Sapa station and also if you really wanted to a good distance to walk to Cat Cat village if you’re fit and up to it otherwise a short cheap ride on a grab. The hotel is on top of a massage and beauty salon so very convenient to walk down and get a massage at a discounted price. Very clean and cute asthetic. Staff is super helpful and even had someone stay to allow us to check in at 4am. Highly recommend if you’re after a cute, clean and affordable stay.
