The hotel is perfectly located in the JBR area, surrounded by numerous restaurants and a beautiful promenade for walks. As a great bonus, the hotel provides free access to Cove Beach Club, just a five-minute walk away (there’s also a complimentary buggy service, but we preferred a short stroll). The rooms are spacious, stylish, and spotless, just like the entire hotel. Complimentary tea, coffee, and water are provided in the rooms. Breakfast was delicious and varied, offering everything from omelets and shakshuka to sweet waffles and pancakes. We also tried the hotel’s Iftar dinner during Ramadan and were very pleased with the experience! However, what impressed us the most was the incredible hospitality and attentiveness of the hotel staff. They were always friendly, polite, and quick to respond to any request. I would gladly return to this hotel again!

Un ringraziamento speciale a Tharindu che si è preso cura della nostra stanza e sempre attento alle nostre richieste. Grazie anche a Vincenzo, che ci ha consigliato e trattato in maniera eccellente. La posizione perfetta, taxi sempre disponibili. Se volete passare un soggiorno Luxury questo hotel è davvero il massimo. Grazie mille a tutti ❤️

I love this property and this is my second visit ! Can honestly call this home away from home I’ve enjoyed this property both as a solo traveller as well as travelling with family . I’m particularly pleased because of the excellent service I was given and extra attention given to me by duty Manager Mr Islem and Miss Liezel who were kind enough to offer me a complimentary early check inn at 6am. This gesture really confirmed why this establishment is a 10/10. I also love that it’s well priced and offers great value for money without compromising on luxury as this is a five star property. Very tasteful very mindful and Very Very Demure !! Always exceeds my expectations and within close proximity to the Dubai mall.

We really appreciated how the staff greeted us daily and helped with all of our needs. We often ordered in groceries and food and the staff made sure everything arrived to our room. We also had a lot of luggage and we barely needed to lift a hand during check in and check out. Staff are very friendly and professional.
