The staff was the nicest and most attentive I have yet experienced. They carried our luggage all the way up to the hotel because there were only steps, no ramps. They also parked our car because the parking situation is a bit difficult there. The receptionist gave us inspiration on what to do in the city and also recommended the free walking tour to us, which was great. The room was very pretty and smelled really nice the first time we entered, and it was cleaned every day. Breakfast was amazing, they prepared it freshly for us and served it to the table. The fried eggs were spot on. It was also nice to sit on the terrace while having good coffee. The way to the city center was a bit of a climb but with the shortcut the staff showed us it was manageable.

Location - perfect, couple of minutes walking to the old bazar . Breakfast - done with love, fresh and contains everything the body needs . The owner edmond - a very kind and caring guy that gives his guest the best experience, its hard to describe by words, the experience itself tells everything . God to keep you edmond and your family and wish you the best .

Truly one of the nicest places we’ve ever stayed. Suites were absolutely stunning, every detail thought through (the proprietor is an architect and you can see her design choices everywhere). The beds are ridiculously comfortable. Great toiletries, bottled water, espresso maker in the rooms. Location is amazing for walking through the bazaar or to local museums and historic houses and to the castle. Breakfast was included (and yummy!) at the cafe downstairs. Amazing value, couldn’t recommend more highly.
