The staff in the main hotel were very nice and helpful. you can do self check-in in the main hotel building (above the parking) or at the apartment building. the room was new, stylish, clean and comfortable. equipped with coffee machine and kettle. the location is amazing, right in the old city center. we had access to the spa area in the main hotel free of charge and got robes at the reception. we had a great stay and wish we could stay for more than one night.

Communication with the staff was excellent, they guided us very well how to access the appartement out of office hours of the reception. The possibility to reserve a parking space is great, because parking around the house is not easy.

Free WiFi is available in all areas. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I got a room upgrade. Very nice spa 24/7, clean big rooms, fluffy bath robes, comfortable bed, good breakfast.
