The staff were super friendly and helpful in booking the Great Barrier Reef and Kuranda tour. I was in a shared room with 3 beds. The room was as described and clean. The bathrooms were also clean and there are multiple so it's not a big problem to share. Amazing outdoor Shower. Easy check-out if you leave early to take a flight.

Felt more like a family than a hostel. The facilities were nice, staff were exceptional - they really go out of their way to make you feel welcome and comfortable. Tim organised a kayaking trip which was fantastic. I felt like I became part of the family while I was there.
