The location is convenient, close to the train station and restaurants. An outstanding experience overall.

The hotel (actually a charming villa) was in a prime location, close to all the major attractions. The lady at the reception 🥰🥰🥰 was very friendly, welcomed us with complimentary chocolates. Both check-in and check-out were professionally handled and easy. The room was beyond comfortable, spotless and spacious, with elegant décor. Breakfast was a feast, with a wide variety of delicious options. Great restaurants and train station within walking distance. Ability to store your luggage after check-out. This hotel was a 10+ for the location, staff and ambiance. Illiana was so helpful and sweet. She was so welcoming and kind to us and gave us info and a map, checked up with us and was the best! Thank you

I never got the woman’s name who checked us in and took care of us for our entire stay, but she really was the best. We checked in on 21/8 for 2 nights. We had a delicious meal at the restaurant downstairs. Beds were comfy. Everything was sparkling clean. The views - unbelievable. We booked this last minute and weren’t very prepared for the mountains - she even offered her own clothes when we said we wanted to go hiking 🥹 Another gentleman brought us delicious prosciutto and melon to start our dinner the 2nd night. This stay was a 100/10 and we already want to return - better prepared ;-) Thank you for everything.

The place has an excellent and convenient location, close to the city but surrounded by green hills. It’s very well equipped, fully clean and full of compliments like social games and books, perfect for family trips. And in the top of all, the managers are kind, responsive and nice people. We definitely will back. Last, but not least, the place really has a free parking, unlike other properties with external and expensive parkings.
