The hotel is in an excellent location, just about a 10-minute walk to the park entrance, which made our trip very easy. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly – they not only arranged all our park tickets but also took the time to give us clear instructions and useful tips for visiting Zhangjiajie. Breakfast was quite good, and we also enjoyed dinner at their restaurant, which is definitely worth trying. A nice bonus was the free self-service laundry room, which came in very handy during our stay.

The property is around 21 km from Zhangjiajie National Forest Park, 2.1 km from Baofeng Lake and 3.1 km from Suoxiyu. The hotel has a hot tub, a kids' club and free WiFi. I had the pleasure of staying here for 2 nights and it exceeded my expectations! The room was beautiful, modern, comfortable and clean! The location is great and is only about 10-15 minute drive from the Zhangjiajie National Forest Park (East Gate). The breakfast buffet was also delicious with a good variety! Most importantly, the staff here was absolutely wonderful and very helpful! They helped us book everything from taxis to booking tickets to the park and local attractions! They were so friendly from beginning to end! The price to stay here is extremely reasonable for everything that you get! I would highly recommend this hotel!

Amazing location, beautiful views from rooftop terrace. Nice breakfast, staff was super friendly and helped us book our tickets to National Park. Room was spacious with all amenities we needed during our stay.

A recently renovated homestay situated in Fenghuang, Fenghuang Ancient Town Lazy Cat Riverside Inn features a terrace. With mountain views, this accommodation offers a balcony. The homestay features rooms with air conditioning, free private parking and free WiFi. The location is great and the room has everything you need, + a beautiful view! The staff is warm, welcoming, extremely kind and always helpful. We loved our stay here and would recommend it to anybody! 10/10

It has a shared lounge, mountain views and free WiFi. The accommodation provides full-day security, and luggage storage for guests. Rainbow was very kind and supportive with all the questions regarding the scenic areas, definitely made my stay easier, the place is in a centric location.

With mountain views, Dream in Fenghuang is set in Fenghuang and has a restaurant, a 24-hour front desk, bar, garden, sun terrace and outdoor fireplace. The property was built in 2022, and features air-conditioned accommodation with free WiFi. The accommodation offers a shared kitchen, full-day security and currency exchange for guests. The location is very good - away from Bars and noisy area - about 150m from main road across Wind bridge where nightly singing and entertainment on a river pontoon were provided free - short walk from river side walkways, lane ways, shops, restaurants, attractions, etc. Attached Wind bridge photo shows river pontoon in the middle of river and main road is on the right up a stair and Dream 2 mins walk via a lane way on the left. Had 4 nights of catered 4 courses local home cooked dinners which were better and much cheaper than in a restaurant. Highly recommended but 24 hrs notice is required as staffs need to go to local market in the morning for fresh ingredients. If your are lucky, you might have fresh eggs from resident chickens for a delicious breakfast. On request before arrival, Liu Yuen, the host ordered lactose free milk from out of town and provide gluten free meals for us as well. Advised of our arrival time at train station, Liu Yuen organized car pick up service and staffs to help with our luggage from the roadside. Liu Yuen have a bar at the ground floor. As our Chinese are basic and Liu Yuen English is basic too, so communication with him and staffs were via WeChat which have translation helping us to have an enjoyable 5 nights stay. Will definitely consider another stay at Dream in FengHuang

Located in the Wu Lingyuan district, the property provides guests with access to a hot tub. Guests can enjoy American and Chinese dishes at the restaurant or have a cocktail at the bar. The staff, with special mention to Anthony, were exceptional. They were communicative, friendly and always ensured we had a plan for the day, ensuring we maximised our sightseeing time. The guesthouse was in a great location, clean and well maintained. Highly recommend for your stay in Zhangjiajie.

Property is located walking distance from main cable car station of Mt Taishan.
