The service at this hotel is excellent. They offered free airport transportation. Pei-Pei offered her good service for ticket booking to the national parks. Each day we received a very useful explanation from her about the sightseeing route and suggestions, she speaks perfect English. The room is very clean and spacious, plenty of drinking water was provided. The breakfast is plentiful. The location is very good, approx. 15 minutes walking distance from the south entrance. It is very peaceful during the night, ensuring a good sleep. We had one dinner in the hotel. The quality of the food is average compared to the price charged.

Amazing staff who gave us great recommendations on the attractions to visit. We had a very smooth stay and tours thanks to them. Very attentive and responsive ! The room was beautiful, very well furnished and very clean! Breakfast was good with mainly Chinese options.

There is an on-site restaurant, plus free private parking and free WiFi are available. Featuring family rooms, this property also provides guests with a sun terrace. The hotel is truly amazing. Very clean, cosy and technological. They also serve good Chinese breakfast on the rooftop. But the highlight of our trip was the host, who was super nice, friendly and helpful. He did not speak English, but we spoke a bit of Chinese and used a translator. It was our best experience in China so far and if we ever come back to Zhangjiajie, we will come to this hotel. P.s. We did not manage to thank you as we had to leave today, but if you are reading this review, we thank you a lot for the warm welcome ❤️

A recently renovated homestay situated in Fenghuang, Fenghuang Ancient Town Lazy Cat Riverside Inn features a terrace. With mountain views, this accommodation offers a balcony. The homestay features rooms with air conditioning, free private parking and free WiFi. Really nice hosts, they helped us a lot, offered advice on how to see the town best and were just really generally nice and helpful. The room is in a really nice looking location so it's a great base from which to see the town or just chill on the balcony. The provided ginger candys, toohbrush and tea which was also a bonus. When we were leaving the helped us with our bags and called a local taxi for us, since there aren't that many Didis in this town

It has a shared lounge, mountain views and free WiFi. The accommodation provides full-day security, and luggage storage for guests. We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel in Zhangjiajie. The staff, especially the owner Rainbow and her husband were incredibly helpful and kind. We didn’t plan anything for our visit, but Rainbow guided us on how to make the most of our two-day stay and suggested the best tours. The rooms are very clean, comfortable, and have a private bathroom and toilet. The hotel is extremely affordable, offering great value for money. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, and it’s only a 3-minute walk to the Tianmen Cable Car. They also provide free drinking water, which was very convenient. We wished we could have stayed longer! If you’re looking for cheap, clean, and comfortable accommodation in Zhangjiajie with amazing hospitality, this is the place to stay. Highly recommended!

The best Desti “背包十年” that I stayed at in China. More social than other Desti hostels. Staff was really friendly and actually joined me for a run. I had a really great experience here! 😁

I truly recommend staying at this homestay. I felt more like a part of the family than a hotel guest. Hotel arranged transportation for me & provided detailed explanation how to reach the hotel. I was shown around in the town & received help when I got sick. I definitely would come back.

Beautiful place with amazing view, especially in the morning with a mist. The hotel was super cozy and comfortable. Clean and big. Antony is the best host I've met in China so far (and I've been here for 6 years) Popeye (the cute doggie) is the best marketing manager and entertainer you can find on bookings. 10 out of 10, definitely recommend!
