Housed in an elegant white building, Kaiyue Hotel Qingdao used to be a historical Christian church. Great Hostel, friendly and helpful stuff, delicious food and breakfast, great location. We felt very welcome and the rooms were modern, big, clean and comfortable. Great choice for a trip to Qingdao.

The homeowner decorated their own house with great care. I booked it for my British friends, and they loved it so much that they extended their stay for a few more days. It was such a nicely designed place, very minimal but perfectly thought. I has everything I needed, from the plug and light in the bed to the curtains for privacy and even stairs instead of ladder. The bathroom was shared too but really nice. The staff are lovely and willing to help. It is very well located once you find it. And the price..!!! Cant be beaten!!! If I had to stay in Qingdao again, I’ll come to the exact same place.

Staff was super friendly and helpful and even offered me free breakfast. This hotel is highly recommended and they will see me very soon again.Well done!
