Staff around was surprisingly helpful (during our entire stay we did not meet anyone who would not help us solve any issue), who try to help with the help of telephone interpreters, even if they do not understand you. Separately, we would like to mention our supervisor Johnson - the only employee in the hotel who ideally understood us and communicated with us in fluent English. Most of our issues were solved with his help on any day, even late at night or on those days when he had days off.

Mr Sun and Mr Feng also were helpful in attending to our needs, helped us get a transports (even stopping taxi in the middle of the road). Overall the staffs were superb. Thumbs up to them.

Even when my daughter get sick, she accompanied us to the hospital. She is also informative about Shanghai. The room is clean and strategic located near nanjing pedestrian street.
