Owners of the place were extremely helpful and friendly. They brought us to the ferry and to the entrance of the Tortuga Bay walk. They also had great advice on restaurants activities and dive schools. On top of that the location was nice and quiet, but still within 10 minutes walk of the main street. Rooms were new, clean, nice showers, nice breakfast. 10/10

Staff Support！！ The rooms are clean and there are no security issues. There is a water dispenser on each floor, which is convenient. The rooms are spacious. The shampoo is also good quality.

Perfect place to stay in San Cristobal. Run by a family, they were so helpful and kind. They even picked us up from the airport and arranged a taxi for our early ferry. The room was perfect, with a cute kitchen area and pool. Walk to town was easy - don’t let it put you off!

Casa Alexita se nachází v destinaci Puerto Baquerizo Moreno a nabízí terasu. Pláž Playa de Oro je 800 metrů daleko. Absolutely wonderful. Alexita did everything possible to make my stay amazing. My room was large, the bed comfortable and I had a private ensuite bathroom with a warm shower. The kitchen had everything I needed including a large stove. Drinking water is supplied. Alexita did my washing which was way more than I expected. There was also complementary snorkelling gear when I was there. It is in a very quiet location and only a short walk into town. I walked from the airport as the taxi driver quoted US$50 for a 5 minute ride (it should only be a few dollars) - so ask before getting in. It took me 30 minutes and it is a flat easy walk except the last 5 or so minutes which is up a not very steep hill. An option is to walk into the town (5-10 mins) from the airport and then flag a taxi and ask the price. I was able to walk to all the nearby beaches. Alexita also organised my ferry tickets to other islands. A truly memorable stay.

He was extremely communicative, making sure all my needs were met. The Apartment was lovely. It was spacious, airy and quite large, a duplex with the bedroom and lavatory on the 2nd floor and a full kitchen, siting area and a patio. It was easy to access the town center once I gave it a go. My time spent was super. I highly recommend considering staying here if you are visiting Santa Cruz. Thank you again Walter for all your amazing service and help!!

The apartment has good size and is well equipped with all the utensils necessary to prepare your meals, if desired. Also drinking water was provided during the entire stay. Two snorkeling equipments are available to use for free, if needed. We met the family and the little daughter, Amelia, so cute 😊. We really enjoyed our 4 nights stay.

Excellent bedroom, great bathroom and shower. Quiet. Host was excellent. Helped with tour bookings, allowed us to leave bags late on checkout day awaiting afternoon flight, organized taxi to airport. Gave advice on best ferries to take from Santa Cruz. They understand tourists needs, know how to provide service and are great at it. The location is a 10 minute walk from town. I rated location as excellent as Ecuadorian towns can be noisy in central areas and this tiny walk afforded best sleep in weeks. An escape.
