All 6 of us agreed that it was the best breakfast experience we have had in 20 years of travelling!

We also got to use our own streaming service for the TV. Location was also near the university area. Very happy with this accommodation and would like to book here again!

Just 4 years old, it is run by a family who obviously take pride in providing excellent hospitality at a very fair price. Spotlessly clean, excellent pilgrim meal and breakfast (including fresh fruit salad and bakers' bread, not the usual cheap sliced rubbish), again at a very fair price, nothing seemed too much trouble. Fantastic showers with pipping hot water. We congratulate the owners on a job very well done.
