The directions come via email and you have to have it at the ready before entering or else you end up on the entirely wrong side of the farm, as I did, going off memory. It was a beautiful farm and very peaceful. The photo in the posting shows two buildings, which the Groom’s Cottage is on the far right of the right building, actually not visible in the photo because of the tree. It’s a little confusing with no signage. I really do not enjoy taking luggage upstairs but when in England…. The host provided breakfast but I was not able to take advantage. The sleeping area was spacious, the bathroom was comfortable. I appreciated the water pressure but the mirror could be lowered a bit for the petite visitors.
