A big shout out to Danai, guest relations manager, who made sure that we had a good time and went above and beyond what was necessary to make us feel welcome! :)

The best of all the th best was Hanna at the reception, so kind and helpful, very nice and big room, jacuzzi has a beauttiful view and the steam room was clean and nice. With a cold water and bottle of wine it was lovley welcom.

This time we receive an upgrade and the suite with the jacuzzi was wonderful. We just have good things to share with the others. Absolutely nothing to complain.

I really appreciated this site, despite my initial feeling that I would be kind of isolated. On top of this the rooms are truly apartments! More than spacious and clean, with a fully equipped kitchenette & private balcony with city view. The breakfast is served at a cosy coffee shop next to the reception - it is not a buffet but it is really nice and filling. The whole building smells wonderfully and there is daily cleaning service. My biggest rate and thanks would go to the stuff ♥ they are so friendly and always willing to offer tips, ideas and any kind of assistance.
