Terimakasih Homestay is the perfect location for a Raja Ampat adventure. Ahead of our arrival communication with the homestay was prompt and very helpful. The staff are awesome and even baked little cakes for my husband’s birthday on our last night. We loved our room - right on the water overlooking the most incredible home reef filled with all sorts of creatures. The food was simple but always included a veggie, meat, rice, and fruit. The break from processed foods felt so good. Also special fried banana snacks in the late afternoon were amazing. This is definitely a “glamping” type of homestay with shared bathrooms/ cool shower pipe but we never had any issues and always had fresh drinking water available. The boat drivers were professional and very skilled and we felt safe on our snorkel day trips and transports. I would 100000% recommend this homestay.

Per capire questo hotel e i suoi prezzi bisogna alloggiare anche in home stay basiche... Il prezzo relativamente alto che si paga, non è tanto per avere un bel letto e i prodotti da bagno, significa piuttosto avere elettricità 24 ore su 24, wifi ultra potente, personale qualificato che parla inglese, attrezzature da mare idonee, guide in barca che ti seguono in acqua pronte ad aiutarti per qualsiasi problema. Significa docce calde, bagni privati e qualora condivisi, condivisi fra due camere al massimo, pulitissimi e nuovi. Cibo di qualità e sempre differente e una meticolosa pianificazione delle attività per il giorno seguente. Non sei mai lasciato solo e se le condizioni climatiche la mattina non consentono tour, il pomeriggio ci sarà sempre qualcuno che ti proporrà qualcosa non appena esce il sole! Io inoltre per ragioni di disponibilità, ho dormito in tutte le tipologie di camera, dalla più lussuosa alla più semplice, ma non ho mai percepito la differenza, sono tutte spaziose e comode! Non ci sono prese classiche nelle stanze, ma solo USB di tipo A, quindi provvedete a portarle con voi! Dal jetty dell'hotel inoltre si può fare veramente un bellissimo snorkeling

Atcho was great host for us. He was super helpful, good discussions, came with us snorkling, great resource for the homestay. Food was excellent by the cook, varied from night to night. Bathrooms in bungalow was new and large, open. Good lounges to chill on.

Finally, he rents motorbikes and happens to know all the necessary people to make the experience of Waisai truly complete. To sum up, this place exceeded our expectations and we feel that it will be much busier once more reviews will pop up, as he only opened it in August 2025.

The rooms and bathrooms are clean and comfortable, the food was great, and Adin and his family were wonderful. Snorkelling on the house reef is excellent, you don't really need to go anywhere.
