I loved that the property was beach front! It was so relaxing waking up next to the water. The sauna was a great touch, we used it both days and it was such a treat! The manager kindly ran us into town in her car. The lodge had a beautiful view. Could walk to a lot of things even though town was a car trip. Loved the location! On site bike hire was fantastic!

Had an excellent time at Ard Einne. Place was spotless with a quaint room with an amazing view overlooking the beach and island. Clodagh checked us in and gave us a detailed recommended itinerary of things to do which we did and saw amazing sights like the old ruins/beaches/serpents lair. Breakfast was good with a few options including vegetarian if you wanted.

We were two couples the downstairs room was tiny so the bed was a full but I slept great. The whole house is lovely and clean. The view is stunning. I was concerned because we had a later ferry and didn’t have time to run to the market and we were pleasantly surprised to have fresh bread milk and eggs to make breakfast with. I will try to stay here on my next visit. We all loved having space to hang out and enjoy our trip.

Aran Islands Hotel, on Inis Mor, has spacious en suite bedrooms, some with balconies and views of Kileaney Bay and Kilronan Harbour. It has a restaurant and bar and free internet access. The hotel staff went above and beyond. I got a free upgrade into a chalet with a beautiful sea view. The pan fried sea bass I had for dinner was amazing. Everything was spotlessly clean and all the staff were great, particularly Joanna on reception who arranged for my phone charger to be put on the ferry to the mainland, after I left it in my room, and the hotel manager who took it down to the ferry port. Cannot fault this hotel, highly recommended.
