First of all...very much cooperative...they allowed us early check in without any extra charges...room was clean and well equipped ...staff was polite..they even suggested what to visit at what time.. They basically helped in every way they could..and property is also well managed And the location is just perfect. I will definitely be booking this place whenever I visit rishikesh again.

Very clean and comfortable , the tall guy at the front desk is humble and Ranaji plays wonderful music in the common areas . The thing I loved the most was the hot water in the shower which does not get over in two minutes :)

There’s this natural sense of belonging that develops without any effort. The management team deserves huge appreciation. They’re friendly, attentive, and genuinely invested in making your stay smooth and enjoyable. You can tell they care about the place and everyone who walks through the door. A special mention to Kami, who was honestly a highlight of our stay. She has this amazing artistic spirit—she showed us her artwork, shared stories, and brought a spark of creativity into the space that made the whole experience even richer. Her presence adds a unique charm to Urban Loft, and anyone who meets her will understand what I mean. All facilities nearby, Jio mart are in ground Flore, Many Tea band makkhan Stall within 100 mtr of the hotel.

The surroundings were quite, balcony overlooked a little garden area with a beautiful tree, there were lovely views of the mountains. Pooja the host was very communicative, helpful and friendly. It was great to have a kitchen after so long. The bed was wonderfully comfortable, the bathroom was big and the shower was powerful and hot.

The staff was great and very helpful. Mr. Bharat and Ms. Sonali were more than kind to help us with special arrangement for our 4 year old daughter. The GM Mr. Mark came out to personally help us and provided us with the best room possible so that we did not had to walk a lot with our baby and her stroller.
