To start, the welcoming greeting from Paola upon arrival and her kindness was just lovely and made me feel like at home. The hotel was detailed to perfection of an Alpine getaway just below Monte Bianco. From the furry curtains and silky smooth bed linen to countless varieties of honey at the breakfast, it was all perfect!

The apartment has family rooms. It was pure pleasure! An ideal place for a short stay (also for a longer one, because there is even a washing machine!). Very clean, fully equipped kitchen. Very comfortable bed, although it may be too short for very tall people. The owner is a very nice and helpful person! We will definitely come back!

Very nice and well equipped appartment. It was very easy to get around with the Winterbus.

Featuring mountain views, Hobo Camping in Courmayeur features accommodation, an open-air bath, a garden, a bar, barbecue facilities and a shared lounge. Boasting a shared kitchen, this property also provides guests with an outdoor fireplace. There is a sun terrace and guests can make use of free WiFi and free private parking. Hobo camp is an awesome camp site at the foothills of Mont Blanc, with many hiking trails accessible directly from the camp. There is a great atmosphere with a bar/restaurant very reasonably priced, and that is from a South African traveller converting rands. There is a small shop with additional supplies, but I would say stock up in Chamonix for your daily catering needs. We booked a luxy tent, it was warm and comfy, lots of cushions, seating, outside cute table and chair. We were provided a basic selection of cutlery and crockery so there is everything you need to cook, eat and prepare foods. We hired a car in Geneva airport to get here, which I would recommend, but there were plenty of busses and transport runs up and down the mountain stopping right outside the camp and heading down to Courmeyeur where you can catch the SKyway cable car to the summits. I was particularly impressed by the communal shower/toilets. They were cleaned twice a day and always looking clean and very nice. The setting itself is spectacular and breathtaking. I doubt there is much the camp owners can do about it but during the day there were noisy trucks excavating rocks from several landslides opposite the camp. Its not an overbearing noise but to head into nature one hopes not to hear the noise of civilization and excavation outside a campsite. On the hike heading up the valley from the camp the noise soon disappeared. Amazing spot and thanks Hobo team for your hospitality.

The guest house also provides free WiFi, free private parking and facilities for disabled guests. Calm and quiet place, nice view, terrace (in case of my room) and the picnic area. The room was very spacious. One of the cleanest (if not THE cleanest) place that I have stayed at. Welcoming and caring host. Tasty breakfast that gives you energy to start your hiking day with enough choice (not only variety of sweet ¨stuff¨ and cereals but also fruits, bread, cheese and ham were available). Great coffee. There are no shops nor restaurants in the village but you get a perfect peace and quiet (just singing birds and the sound of the river flowing nearby). If you still need to buy anything - la Thuille is very close.

The property offers free shuttle services to the Dolonne ski slope which is 400 meters away. Everything! The location is great, the hotel is super well maintained and organized (ski room, private shuttle to the ski station), the rooms are super clean and comfortable. The staff is just amaaaazing people - welcoming, friendly, helpful and customer oriented 💜We loved our stay here, including our 4 months old baby☺️
