Great hotel in a perfect location. Right in city center and 2 minutes from train station. Staff is so friendly. Room was clean and modern. Breakfast was amazing with endless assortment of pastries, breads, meats and cheeses, cereals, etc. Would stay again.

A warm, homely hotel which provides a great breakfast, and the 5 course evening meal is packed with flavour that you'd expect with 4**** dining, but with double the portion size! The room was great too. I hope to return one day.

Rooms at the Steindl's have wooden furnishings and carpeted floors. All come with a flat-screen TV, fan and private bathroom. Wi-Fi in public areas is free. The furnished garden includes a children’s playground. Right in the middle of the Alps, next to the cable car, the stay at Steindl hotel was incredible. All the staff is very helpful and friendly, the rooms are cozy and immersed in nature. The location is perfectly situated not far from Brenner highway, yet in the center of Vipiteno/Sterzing, but in a quiet location that faces greenery everywhere. The breakfast is a true delight to start your day with, I mostly appreciated the variety of fresh fruits, but everything else was delicious, and I would say exquisite, is rather a brunch than a breakfast, with local products (the honey was from another world). The rooms were very clean, we staid 2 times and every time we had a room that exited to the garden, which was particularly appreciated by my 3 years old son. Some of the rooms have a kitchenette. The hotel has very nice touches, and there is possibility to park in the garage for a small fee per night. Definitely a destination I will come back to.

The hotel is situated in Rasun di Sopra, at 1080 metres of altitude, and is ideal for hiking, skiing and biking. It has a mountain bike rental and free parking. The stay at the hotel was more than wonderful!! The room was gorgeous and very clean. The staff is very responsive and gave us lots of directions to nice restaurants and nice places to visit. Special thanks to the hotel host Marianna, who welcomed us very warmly and made my father's 60th birthday celebration even better!!If I come to this area, I would definitely stay at this hotel again. I highly recommend it, the place is wonderful.
