È uno dei migliori hotel dove siamo mai stati. La posizione è perfetta per visitare Petra, c’è inoltre il posteggio a disposizione. Le camere sono belle, comode e pulite. Il personale di una gentilezza e di un’attenzione agli ospiti che è difficile trovare. Colazione a buffet buona e con tantissima scelta tra dolce e salato. Piscina sul tetto dell’hotel con vista magnifica.

Views from balcony and garden were excellent. You can park right by the front door. Staff were attentive and helpful. The food was delicious and they even offered lunch boxes for Petra. They had free drinking water.

The team were incredibly friendly and helpful when we had questions about visiting Petra/little Petra, and there’s parking onsite if you have a car. The roof terrace was a big plus, amazing views and a nice place to hang out after a long day exploring Petra! We had a deluxe double room and it was spacious and comfortable.

Everyone at the hotel is so lovely and provided exceptional service! I believe it is family-run and everyone is so kind and generous from the second they met me. I am a Black Canadian traveller and took a Jett bus to Petra that arrived at 10am. I walked to the hotel to ask if I could keep my bags there while I explored Petra. It was early and the man in charge also runs the store (next door), when I talked to him, he gave me the key for the room at 10am at no additional cost, since it was already ready, which is so kind of him! In Canada and most places I have travelled to, if you could check-in that early there would be an additional charge. The room was clean, I dropped my bags off and went to explore Petra! He also provided a map and suggested ways to explore Petra. I explored Petra for 6 hours (I got the two day pass) and got back tired and went straight to bed. The second day, I woke up early and accidentally broke a candle in the lobby on my way out. He was in the store, next door and I told him and showed him, asking him how much it is and that I will pay for it. He told me it was absolutely fine and not to worry. I went into Petra for an hour and came back out. Breakfast is included on the roof, and it was his wife who was preparing breakfast, which was spectacular and she was also very very kind. I am stunned, this family is so beautiful and so is the hotel.
