I arrived early on a very hot day, and they went out of their way to let me into my room ahead of time, even though the hotel’s automated check-in system normally doesn’t allow it. Their efforts saved me a lot of trouble and made my stay much more comfortable. I truly appreciate their kindness.

The host was so kind and always ready to help us with anything we needed. One of the highlights was the private onsen, which was very relaxing after our long day. The location is also fantastic: just a short walk to a beautiful lookout point and the famous Hirauchi Kaichū Onsen nearby. We truly enjoyed our time here and will definitely come back if we visit Yakushima again!
